We help clients secure building permits efficiently, ensuring all plans meet local regulations, zoning laws, and safety codes for compliance.

What is a Building Permit?

A Building Permit is the legal authorization that ensures your construction is compliant with local codes. In Metro Manila it usually takes 1–2 months (or longer), in most provinces under a month, and in some areas just a few days.

Cost: PhP15,000 – 200,000 (varies by project size & location).

* Permit fees are included if you sign a construction contract with us.

Why You Need a Building Permit?

  1. Loan Applications: Required by banks or Pag‑IBIG before releasing your first tranche.
  2. Final Meralco Service: Needed for your Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection to upgrade your line.
  3. Professional Liability: Engineers/architects assume 15 years of safety liability when they sign and seal the permit.
  4. Subdivision Rules: Some villages prohibit materials or crews onsite until the permit is issued.
